Recipe: TLS Cranberry Cookie Cuties

Everyone is searching the web for the perfect finishing touch to their Valentine’s Day menu. While store-bought chocolates come with shiny wrappers and fun packaging, there’s just something special about that homemade touch.  If you’re stepping up to the kitchen plate this Valentine’s day, try this TLS-approved cookie recipe!

Serves: Makes 8 servings

Prep Time: 1 hour + 40 minutes


  • 1 Scoop TLS Nutrition Shake – Vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • ¾ Cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¼ Cups Dried Cranberries


  • In a bowl, combine flour and shake mix.
  • Add oil and sugar in a separate bowl, combine.
  • Pour wet ingredients over the dry ingredient mix.
  • Add in dried cranberries, then mix until combined.
  • On parchment paper, roll cookie dough into a log.
  • Place dough in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  • Pre-heat oven to 120°C/250°F.
  • Cut cookies dough into 1 cm thick slices.
  • Shape cookies into hearts
  • Place cookies on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.

  • ¾杯椰子油
  • 2杯全麥麵粉
  • ¼杯蔓越莓乾

  • 將油混合物倒入盛有麵粉的碗中。加入蔓越莓乾。攪拌至完全混合形成麵團。
  • 把麵團放在一張烘焙紙上,並把麵團搓成一條圓長條狀。
  • 將成型麵團放入雪櫃冷藏約一個小時。
  • 預熱焗爐至攝氏120度。預熱期間將麵團切成1厘米厚的薄片。
  • 用曲奇模或刀將曲奇麵團劃出心形的形狀。
  • 將曲奇麵團放在已塗上一層薄油的烘焙紙上。
  • 焗約10分鐘。
  • 取出後,待涼。可即享用!
