TLS Gingerbread Cookie Smoothie Recipe

It is that time of the year where we are all tempted by the sweet treats that come with the holiday season. From coffee to desserts, the temptation catches us at every corner. With TLS Nutrition Shakes you can have all your favorites with none of the guilt. Below is a recipe for a Gingerbread Cookie Smoothie that will put you in the holiday spirit!

TLS Nutrition Shake Gingerbread Cookie Smoothie

             Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of TLS Nutrition Shake in Chocolate or Vanilla
  • ¼ cup of old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons of molasses
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • Ice

Instructions

Place all contents into a blender and blend until smooth. Continue to add ice until you have reached your desired consistency.
