  • Every Wednesday at 9pm EST the TLS team along with Dr. Deedra Mason and Loren Ridinger are going LIVE and bringing on 28 Days of Weight Loss participants to talk about their success of the week. Be sure to register for these zoom series or join us on our Facebook page.

Daily Facebook Lives

  • Join us on our Facebook page at 11am EST on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for 30-minute sessions with Sosan Hua, Melanie Nelson and Dennis Franks where they’ll be discussing an array of topics from fitness to mindfulness.

Health and Weight Loss Goals
