To create a full meal out from this simple soup recipe, you can simply add in nutritious ingredients, such as tofu, celery or chicken breasts, and you are all set to go!

Cooking Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup low sodium, fat-free chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 3 medium tomato
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 3 ginger slices
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- pinch black pepper
- 1 Tbsp spring onions, chopped
Method:
- Cut tomatoes into wedges and remove seeds (optional).
- Heat olive oil in large saucepan, add in ginger slices and tomato wedges.
- Under medium heat, stir-fry for 5 minutes or until tomato become slightly tender.
- Add in water and broth.
- Cover and bring it to boil.
- Slowly pour in beaten eggs while stirring content in circles.
- Add pepper and sesame oil.
- Turn off heat, serve in small bowls.
- Sprinkle spring onion on top, serve hot.

材料:
- 1杯低鈉,零脂肪清雞湯
- 3杯水
- 3個(中)番茄
- 2隻(大)蛋,發均
- 3片薑
- ½湯匙橄欖油
- ½茶匙芝麻油
- 少許黑胡椒
- 1 湯匙蔥,切碎
做法:
- 將番茄切成小塊,可選去除籽。
- 在一個高身平底煲中,把橄欖油加熱,加入薑片和番茄。 用中火翻炒番茄5分鐘,或直到番茄變得稍軟。
- 加入水和雞湯。 蓋上煲蓋直至煮滾。
- 煮滾後,慢慢倒入雞蛋,同時用筷子攪拌熱湯。
- 加入胡椒粉和芝麻油。
- 關火,盛到細碗。
- 在湯面上面撒上蔥碎,趁熱食用。
