Following a detox plan isn’t as difficult as you think. Check out the Baked Vegetable Salad recipe below to kick-start your TLS Detox:
Serves: Makes 4 servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 large eggplant
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomato
- 10 asparagus
- 1 zucchini
- ¼ C extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt and black pepper
- ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350°C.
- Slice eggplant and zucchini lengthwise into ½ inch thick.
- Cut peppers into wedge size.
- On a baking pan, spray a thin layer of cooking oil
- Place all vegetable in the pan, sprinkle black peppers and salts on top.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, turn vegetable once.
- Baking time may vary depending on the size of vegetable.
- Remove from oven when done.
- In a bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic and parsley.
- Pour dressing over vegetable before serving.

烘焗時間:15 分鐘
材料:
- 1個大茄子
- 1個黃椒
- 1個紅椒
- 1 杯櫻桃茄
- 10條蘆筍
- 1個意大利青瓜
- ¼ 杯特級初榨橄欖油
- 2湯匙意大利黑醋
- 1茶匙鹽和黑胡椒
- 半湯匙蒜蓉
- ¼ 杯芫茜(切碎)
做法:
1)將焗爐預熱至350°C。
2)將茄子和青瓜直切,½吋厚。 將黃椒及紅椒切成塊。
3)在焗盤上噴灑一層薄油,將所有蔬菜放入焗盤,在上面撒上黑胡椒和鹽。焗10至15分鐘,中途番轉蔬菜一次。 烘焙時間因蔬菜的大小而異。 完成後從焗爐取出。
4)在碗中,混合油,醋,大蒜和香菜。 上菜前把沙律醬汁淋上焗好的蔬菜。
