Winter TLS Cake Recipe

What You’ll Need:

3/4 cup liquid egg whites

1/4 cup canned pumpkin or 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 mashed banana

2 scoops TLS Creamy Vanilla Nutrition Shake or 1 packet TLS Whey Protein Shake- Vanilla 

Ground cinnamon (to taste)

Nutmeg (to taste)

Ginger (to taste)

All Spice (to taste)

Cloves (to taste)

In a small bowl, combine 3/4 cup liquid egg whites, 1/4 cup canned pumpkin or 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 mashed banana.  In another bowl, mix 2 scoops of TLS Nutrition Shake in Vanilla or 1 packet of TLS Whey Protein shake in Vanilla with ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, all spice, and cloves to taste.

Then combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.  Spray a loaf pan with coconut oil cooking spray and add mixture.  Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  Enjoy!
