Recipe: Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls

These protein packed Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls are so tasty they’ll satisfy any sweet tooth! They’re also easy to make, so you can make them with your kids.

3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons salted natural peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup almond flour
3 tablespoons Dutch-process cocoa powder
6 tablespoons mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pinch of salt if your peanut butter is unsalted

Mix everything together at once and roll into tightly-packed balls. The dough may be a little crumbly but still stiff enough to form balls easily. If the dough is too dry, you can add a little water. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week or store in the freezer.
