Recipe: Spicy Kick Avocado Dip

With June gone and summer in full swing, every weekend is a reason to break out the grill and call your friends over for a cookout.  Thankfully, staying on track to meet your summer fitness goals doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all of the mouthwatering food!  We’re here with a creamy, delicious, TLS-approved recipe to bring along for when you need a good dish on hand.  Keep reading to see the how to make a deliciously nutritious Spicy Avocado Dip.

Recipe:

Serves 8

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/2 TBSP salt
  • 1 TBSP cumin
  • 2 TBSP red onions
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 cup diced jalapeno pepper
  • 3 avocado
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 3 TBSP cilantro

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
