Recipe: Breakfast Chia-Seed Pudding

Chia-Seed Pudding

2 servings


  • 1/3 cup white chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup low fat milk (may use almond or rice milk or any milk substitute)
  • 2 TBSP Honey (or agave nectar)
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract


Combine all ingredients in a pint jar and cover and shake.  Chill for 1 hour then re-shake.  Then, chill for 4 hours (or overnight).  Serve with a sliced banana.
