Stress Awareness Month

Did you know that April is Stress Awareness Month? Stress affects everyone, but sometimes it can be worse than usual due to work, personal or medical issues, for example. Acute stress is something that happens in everyday life but resolves itself quickly. For example, if you are driving to work and another car cuts you off, it is stressful. Your blood pressure, heart rate and stress levels go up.
