5 Tips for Summer

Summer is coming, which means that fun activities like pool parties, barbecues and beach trips are just around the corner! Are you ready to look great in your summer clothes? If you’re not ready yet don’t worry, here are a few tips that will help you feel and look great for summer!

Get Hydrated. Start by drinking half a glass of water more than you did yesterday. Think of it as a challenge, the closer you get to summer the more water you will be drinking. Being fully hydrated is important, because your body needs water to function efficiently.

Try on Your Summer Clothes. Try on your bathing suit to see if it still fits! Put it in a space where you’ll see it every day as a reminder that you’ll be wearing it soon. This will help you stay focus and motivated.

Exercise. You don’t need to go to the gym and lift weights. The weather is getting nicer, all you need to do is put on some comfortable clothes and walk around your neighborhood. If you don’t feel like leaving your house, put on some music and dance for 15 minutes. It will help burn calories and it’ll put you in a good mood!

Snack on Fruits. Melon is great for hot weather, because they hydrate and fill you up without bloating. Stay away from diet sodas, as they can cause temporary belly expansion and will leave you feeling uncomfortable.
