Easter is almost here and those sweet treats are just impossible to get away from! Instead of sneaking off with your kid’s Easter basket, crush Easter candy cravings by whipping up one of these decadent TLS® shakes!
Cadburry Crème Egg Protein Shake
These Easter favorites are one of those “love it or hate it” candies. For those of us who get all heart-eye-emoji over the gooey, sugary treat, saying no just seems like a cruel punishment – so, don’t! Of course, you can indulge in one or two over the weekend. But, after you’ve had your fill, it’s time to reach for something a little healthier.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: Makes 1 shake
Ingredients:
Chocolate Layer
- 3/4 c dairy-free milk
- 1 svg. TLS® Shake
- Ice, to taste
- 2 T vanilla extract
Yellow Crème Center
- 2 T coconut cream
- 1 T date paste
- 1 T dairy-free milk
- pinch of turmeric for color, optional
White Layer
- 1/2 c lite coconut whipped cream
Prep:
- For yellow creme, mix together coconut cream, date paste, milk, and optional turmeric then place in the refrigerator while making the rest of the shake.
- In the same blender add milk, chocolate protein, and ice to make the chocolate layer.
- In a clean glass add half of the chocolate layer, then half the lite coconut whipped cream. Add the yellow crème center, then top with remaining coconut whipped cream and top with remaining chocolate mixture.

Kiwi Berry Spring Fling
You’ve gotta break up the chocolate somehow, right? Get your sweet tooth fix with this fruit-flavored, protein-packed spring fling smoothie!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: Makes 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2.5 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 C frozen berries (strawberry or raspberry)
- 2 scoops TLS® Nutrition Shake – Vanilla
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled
Prep:
- Blend 1.5 cups almond milk, berry mix, and 1 scoop TLS® Nutrition Shake until smooth
- Fill 1/2 of a mason jar with mix, pour the rest into a separate glass, and put both in the freezer to set.
- Rinse blender, then add 1 cup of milk, kiwi, avocado and 1 scoop TLS® Nutrition Shake, blend, then place in freezer.
- Take mason jar out of freezer, add avocado/kiwi mix, then top with remaining berry mixture.

Spiced Carrot Cake Shake
Carrot Cake may or may not be the official Easter bunny-approved dessert, but that cream cheese frosting is enough to make you want to dive in headfirst! Instead of cream cheese and sugar, get all the decadent carrot cake deliciousness in this TLS® Shake.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: Makes 1 shake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups carrot juice – unsweetened
- 1 svg. TLS® Shake – Vanilla
- 2 T steel cut oats
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Prep:
- Blend, top with additional oats
