PIÑA COLADA SHAKE
- 2 scoops TLS Nutrition Shake – Creamy Vanilla OR 1 serving TLS Whey Protein Shake – Vanilla
- ½ banana
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut (or 1 tsp. coconut extract/coconut milk)
- ½ cup skim milk
- 5 ice cubes (optional)
Add all ingredients to blender. If you prefer a thicker consistency, we suggest adding 5 ice cubes. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
