We’re here with a creamy, delicious, TLS-approved recipe to bring along for when you need a good dish on hand. Keep reading to see the how to make a deliciously nutritious Spicy Avocado Dip.
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/2 TBSP salt
- 1 TBSP cumin
- 2 TBSP red onions
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 cup diced jalapeno pepper
- 3 avocado
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 3 TBSP cilantro
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
