Shake It Up: Pina Colada Protein Shake

PIÑA COLADA SHAKE

  • 2 scoops TLS Nutrition Shake – Creamy Vanilla OR 1 serving TLS Whey Protein Shake – Vanilla
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut (or 1 tsp. coconut extract/coconut milk)
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 5 ice cubes (optional)

 

Add all ingredients to blender. If you prefer a thicker consistency, we suggest adding 5 ice cubes. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
