Take a Bite Out of National Doughnut Day!

There are some pretty bizarre “holidays” out there, but National Donut Day is one we completely approve of! Unfortunately as scrumptious as they taste, donuts are extremely unhealthy. One glazed donut from a popular chain is 260 calories! In order to burn 260 calories, you would need to walk for 68 minutes, jog for 30 minutes, or swim for 22 minutes according to Calorie King. If you want to celebrate National Donut Day without paying for it in your waistline, try one of these delicious TLS approved recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth.
