Your Challenge Workout Playlist

Do you need a little extra motivation to exercise? Start a small TLS 21-Day Challenge among friends, family and/or co-workers. To create some healthy competition, you could have a cash prize for the person who loses the most weight (e.g. if everyone puts in $10).
